The Speikboden ski resort

The Speikboden is only 3 km from our house.

A newly built cable car (cabs) runs from the valley station to the mountain station at approx. 2,000 m high.

Klausberg ski arena

This ski resort is on the south side of the Alps, in the middle of Ahrntal holiday paradise. With the latest ski lift equipment, you can conquer the peaks in the blink of an eye.

You reach the Klausberg within a few minutes (approx. 5 km). Plentiful parking is provided.

Since 2006, “K2”, the highest cable car (2500m) in the South Tyrol, has been in operation at the Klausberg ski arena.

The total area of the skiing resort was thereby extended by 40%. Skiers, Snowboarders and snow fiends will find 3 kilometres of new pistes, full of sun, fun and action.

Yet more pistes:
For a small addition to the price of your ski pass you can purchase a day ticket for the largest skiing mountain in the South Tyrol – the Kronplatz – 20 km away.
