You will find spacious, comfortably furnished holiday flats in this apartment block.
Each flat - 70 to 75 m2 – has a pleasant kitchen-cum-living room with corner seat, sofa, SAT-TV 32"/radio, telephone, fridge with freezer compartment, a kitchenette with 4-piece hob, coffee machine, a kettle and plenty of crockery. The kitchenette can, if necessary, be closed off with a blind.
Of course we also offer our apartment guests, if desired, an extensive breakfast buffet and an excellent evening meal.
With each flat having two double bedrooms each with shower room, they are well-suited both for large and close families. Each room has its own large balcony, sofa, safe – also telephone, sat/TV and internet WLAN; shower/WC, bidet, shower stool and hairdryer, towels, under-floor heating and window.
By opening a sliding door the apartment can be changed to 42 m2: a double room with double sofa-bed, a shower room, kitchen-cum-living room and a balcony. Additional living space is offered by the conservatory, which is accessible from the kitchen-cum-living room and the balcony.

Guests of the residence have free use of a Finnish sauna and an infra-red cabin.
The Finnish Sauna is a traditional way of working up a sweat and has been used for centuries. Typically it has a high temperature and low humidity. Following the Sauna - after approximately 8 to 15 minutes – you should then cool off in the snow or by taking a cold shower. This change from hot to cold should be completed three times in succession for best effect.
The gentle infrared, deep-warming effect gives you new energy and works wonders for many complaints: Back pain disappears, the immune system is strengthened, stress is reduced, muscle tensions disappear and, along the way, you lose weight through gentle perspiration – an ideal treatment for health and fitness.
