Check-in and check-out:
Check-in from 2 p.m. We request check-out by 10 a.m. on your day of departure.
If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m. please phone in advance.

Confirmation deposit:
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been transferred.

Cancellation policy:
Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. Please inform us in plenty of time. 
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - however, we do grant you the following cancellation conditions: 
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival, in case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

Opening hours restaurant:
The restaurant is opened from july to mid-september and from christmas to easter.
The restaurant in the Aparthotel is closed on Tuesday evenings.
For bookings with half board, on the day of rest, we only charge the price for the room with breakfast.

Dogs:
Only on request. Daily cleaning (without lining): € 15,00. You can enter the lobby the garden are and the terrace with your dog. A short walk along the river is ideal for taking your dog out. We ask you to always keep your dog on a leash in and around the hotel.
We ask for your understanding that animals do not have access to the Residence, the wellness area and the restaurant. So that your four-legged friend feels good all around, it's recommended bring his own basket or a blanket.
Cats and other animals are not allowed.
