- The LOCAL TAX (municipal tax) amounts to € 1.50, starting 01.01.2022 € 2,10 per person per night for all guests over the age of 14. The local tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on the premises.
- Upon request PETS are allowed in the apartment hotel (no access to the residence, the dining room and the sauna area).
Daily cleaning for pets (without lining): € 10.00 - BREAKFAST BUFFET and DINNER we offer in the months July, August, September
and from Christmas to Easter. BREAD SERVICE we offer all the year. - No liability for mistakes and changes of prices.

Confirmation deposit
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been transferred.
Cancellation policy
This sounds unpleasant and is for you as well as for us. Please inform us in plenty of time. Should a booking be cancelled, the deposit will be refounded until 60 days before arrival date.In case of cancellation within 14 days of the booked arrival date, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged.In case of late arrival, early departure or "no show" 70% of the agreed, not used services will be charged.
